Innovating Science® - Introduction to Enzyme Catalyzed Reactions
Product # IS3502
Living organisms require enzymes to regulate chemical reactions necessary to maintain life. The activities in this kit are designed to introduce students to the concepts of enzymes. Students perform a series of four experiments involving invertase, amylase and papain, demonstrating different enzyme functions, activities and specificities. Kit contains enough materials for 10 groups. Teacher's manual and Student Study Guide copymasters are included.
